My immune system is not strong enough

Monday 15 June 2020 - in day

The trouble is, if someone is coughing on the train or at work, they get the virus right away.

Also, whenever someone catches a cold, it is always transferred to the next person, and while that person is fine within three days, I get a full course of coughs, sniffles, and fevers over a period of weeks.

The winter months are long and painful.

I've been struggling with this for a long time, and whenever I read on TV or in magazines about how to boost my immune system, I always checked it out.

For several years now, I have been doing this every morning without fail.

It's not an exaggeration. It's just that the thought of having to continue to do it every day is so mentally taxing that it's even more difficult to continue.

What is perfect for me to take the time and trouble to do is to get my gut in order.

Not only colds, but most diseases are connected to the gut.

I heard that if you train your intestines, your immunity will be improved and you can beat various diseases other than cold, so I thought I should prepare my intestinal environment first.

What I practiced was to eat yogurt every morning to fix my constipation.

I never miss a yogurt every morning after breakfast. Nowadays, the yogurt with various lactic acid bacteria is sold in the supermarket, so I have to choose the one that suits my purpose. You can choose to do the same thing.

And I've gotten into the habit of making bathroom time in the morning, even if I had to force it at first.

It's not easy to get rid of the persistent constipation that women are prone to, but I think it's a lot better than before.

It's also easier to go to the bathroom. Because of that, I don't have a lot of rough skin.

The effect of the immune system is not something that can be seen visibly, but I feel like I am catching fewer colds than before.

I would like to continue taking in good things for my body and improve my immunity without being overwhelmed.
